Mount Olive police say Hopatcong man used minor in shoplifting
MOUNT OLIVE TWP. - A 53-year-old Hopatcong man was charged with shoplifting two guitars and amplifiers and an 11-year-old accomplice was remanded to his parent’s custody after an incident reported on Monday, Aug. 23, at the ITC South Mall, police said.
